Sylvia Schyberg, LCSW (PIP), is originally from Germany. She moved to the US in 1997 and became a US citizen in 2002. After a successful career with Delta Air Lines, Inc. in Administration and Employment Services, she returned to school to pursue a degree in social work.

Sylvia is a graduate of Auburn University with her Bachelor in Social Work (2001), and a graduate of the University of Alabama with her Masters in Social Work (2002). Sylvia is licensed in Colorado, Georgia and Alabama to provide Clinical Services as an LCSW (PIP). As a clinician, she specializes in working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties, and working with their parents. She has also worked extensively with soldiers and their families.

Sylvia's clinical experience includes, but is not limited to, being an Outpatient Therapist and Prevention Specialist in a mental health clinic (EAMH/MR), Adoption Consultant, Crisis Consultant, Child Care Counselor in a psychiatric hospital (CSTC), and being an intern with the Department of Human Resources. Volunteer experience include answering calls at a suicide hotline, CASA in Georgia, and being an instructor with Army Family Team Building at Ft Benning, GA.

Sylvia has had a lifelong interest in alternative healing methods. As a child she followed astrology and later took classes in psychological astrology. She studied dream interpretation and metaphysical occurrences. Early on, Sylvia practiced her intuitive readings, often as a game. She stopped when adults got spooked because of the accuracy of predictions or historical accounts. When Sylvia went back to college, she also pursued Native American Healing Methods and Shamanism. She got interested in Angel Healings and has been doing readings mostly for friends and family. She is knowledgable in music, art, play and animal assisted therapy. She has a special interest in cyrstal therapy, aromatherapy, dream interpretation, and herbology. Sylvia practices Reiki and energy healing.

Her alternative counseling includes a method of intuitive healing, and clairvoyance.
